I’m staying on rented DVC points. Am I able to call the bounce back line to inquire about a bounce back or do they not apply to DVC stays?

I think you can- but you have to pay for the reservation (not use points for it). There are other threads on this that you can check. Call the number and speak with someone before you check out (or until 10pm on the day of check out).

Yes as long as your name in on the room reservation you will be able to book a bounce back.
