Bounce Back offers available to January stays?

We will be staying first week of January. I was just reading about bounce back offers. Was wondering historically have these offers been made to people staying in January? We will be at AOA if that makes any difference.

You can book a bounceback while you are there by calling X8844 from your room or 407-939-1923 until 10PM the day you check out.
The current offer runs until July 31, 2014.
I think anyone staying at a WDW resort can call to book a bounceback even if there isn't an offer in their room, but I'm not positive of that. Worth giving it a try for sure!
I just booked two of them, the FD offer for Wilderness Cabins August 20-25, 2014 and the RO discount for WL from 11/9-14, 2014
