I have never received a bounce back offer in any of my last 3 trips. Are these only available at certain times of year?

They're in the booklet in your room.

You can also just dial the BB extension from your room and ask what it is and book it.

Thanks! I will call this trip. We haven't been able to visit every year until now so it didn't really matter before :)

When we were there in December, the information was in the booklet that was on the desk. I had to look through the booklet-it wasn't right out or a separate booklet. Just be sure to call by about 10pm on the day you check out. You can't book after you leave (well they let me call back within the same day as check out but it has to be by the time the reservation office closes on your check out day).

A BB offer is a special deal or discount left for you in your room . You book your next stay/vacation before you check out using that deal/ code!

Is it true that you can book two rooms with a bounce back offer? I may be going just for a quick trip to FL this fall and might stay one night to go to MNSSHP and thought if I could, I'd book our longer Disney trip (planning for fall 2016) with the bounce back. Some family will be travelling with us next year for the fall 2016 trip, so if I could book a room for them also with the bounce back, I'd be the favourite Auntie, but, if not, not a problem. Wouldn't want to do anything that's not completely on the up and up.

Mousekeeping is suppose to leave them in your room, we liked it better when we got it at check-in because the last few times there was none left in the room. So if you do not see it in your room call mousekeeping and tell them you need one, or like I have done, look for a mousekeeping cart and get one there:) The BB ext. is 8844 The folder looked like this during our stay in December, and the BB offer is below that.

Each adult can book a room with the bounceback offer. So if you are traveling with a spouse, etc for both trips, you could each book a room with the discount. You would have to list the other family members you will be going with in your rooms-- you will need to remain as the lead guest to maintain the discount. I have been able to have the CM checking us in "rearrange" people at check in. But that was several years ago with an AP discount. Don't know if anyone will still do that. If not, you will have to figure out if the possible confusion with room keys, passes, dining credits & room charges is worth it.

Sorry to latch on to the original thread MikeandAllismom. And thank you to focusondisney for the info - sounds like the in-laws will need to fend for themselves! :
