Bounce back offer after you've left?

I was in WDW Dec 8-18th this year but at the time had NO intentions of going in Aug or Sept now it looks as if we are considering it! Can I call the CRO and still get the same deal if I explain that I was there in WDW in Dec? Is there a special number I can call? Anyone done this? Thanks!

Sorry, they are very strict about it being by midnight (actually 10pm when reservations closes) on the night of check out.

That is correct. Once the guest has left, the offer is over.

I missed out on it while i was there in November. Heard something about a bounceback deal, but didn't know it included the free dining. I am so bummed that I totally missed this. Yet, while I was there I was pretty sure I wouldn't be back in August. It wasn't until my last day that the thought even crossed my mind. Now I really want to go in August and will probably be paying for the dining. O well - everything happens for a reason.

This was in February 2003, when postcards offering Bounce Back rates were given to guests during their stay...we did not receive one, and when we found that we would be returning in July, I wrote a letter and was offered the Bouce Back, which I took. Things may be different now, but it could do no harm writing a letter and stating your case. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips, do you know where I could write the letter? Interestingly, I never saw one thing in my 10 days in the Poly about this offer! NOthing in my room etc.

We were at AKL Dec 1-10. We never saw or heard anything about this either. I didn't know anything about it until after we got back home and I read about it here.

They have done very little marketing on this. We're at the BWV now and not one word of it, only that I read it here and took advantage. Otherwise, I would have missed it.
