Bounce back and free dining 8-30

I have read that the free dining with the bounce back starts Aug 30. Do you think if they offer free dining to the general public it would start the same day?

I think it's really hard to tell yet because last year there were different start dates: the
Bounceback Free Dining was 8/5/07-9/29/07, the UK Res Free Dining was 8/12/07-9/29/07 and the Disney VISA cardholders and general public was 8/26/07-9/22/07 This year the UK Res is 8/10/08-9/27/08 and the Bounceback is 8/30/08-9/27/08, so it's just a guess as to what they will do.

Seems like September is a safer bet than August though!

We are booked at POR Aug 19 -26 , My kids are all in high school and cannot miss ( I wish they were still little, we use to take them out for almost 2 weeks every May ) They start back in the beginning of Sept. Hoping for dining early!
