Boulder ridge prices

Any thoughts on why boulder ridge points prices in Resales are low at around $100-110, looking at adding another resort

Maybe because the 'deed' to this resort expires on 1/31/2042

And it's competing close to directly with CCV. 25 years of BRV for $100 is actually higher per year than the yearly cost of CCV. BCV does not experience that price drop, and probably won't when Riviera comes out, because it's location is so unique.

When it opened, VWL aka Boulder Ridge was the only Magic Kingdom DVC resort. Now there are many to choose from and all the others are right on the monorail. In part I think that has kept VWL lower. Also, with CCV you can get a full 50 year contract there which has IMO kept it from increasing as much. But, it's middle of the pack for 2042 resorts. OKW, HHI and VB are lower and BWV and BCV higher.
