Boulder Ridge Direct Increase

Yesterday I purchased 50 more points direct from Disney and intresting enough boulder ridge pricing was $190 per point per by guide. Well, logged on today to see the price jumped to $205 per point. Wonder if this means the refurbishment is happening sooner than later? And if the resale market will now see some more contracts being bought back by Disney at this new price point? Thoughts?

DVD doesn’t raise prices because they think they will sell a lot that way.

IMO, it is a way to keep things in such a way so that people opt to buy the new resorts. They want sold out resorts to cost more

It allows owners like you who want small contracts a chance to get them but keeps new buyers from choosing because it’s so much cheaper.

Looks like BLT went up too maybe? Shows 265 now, was 245 before. Not sure if that is a new jump or not.
