Bought tickets in 2007

3 years ago, we bought tickets to Universal. They had a special at the time for unlimited admission (for 10 days? 7?) for the price of a 2 day admission. I went ahead and bought adult admission for everyone, even though at the time my youngest was only 7, but the price was the same for adult vs. child. We had planned to go to Universal over spring break 2008.

That plan fell through. Now we're looking at going to Universal in May or June 2011. Are we going to have any problem using those tickets? They were electronic pickup, and the credit card we used has long since been paid off and the account closed. I do have the original email confirmation as well as what I printed off the Universal website at the time.

I wasn't at all nervous, but now that I actually want to use them, I'm worried we'll run into an issue.

They should be perfectly fine, just go to guest services with your print out and your ID.

We bought tickets the summer of 2007 as well; maybe the same tickets. I was also worried because they were electronic pick-up and also have closed our credit card account. I called the number on the confirmation print-out to verify how many days were on our tickets; she checked our account and there are seven days. She also said no problem about credit card; we just can't pick up tickets at the machine, will have to go to guest services with confirmation and photo i.d. I felt better knowing that she was able to look up our tickets and "see" what we had. We are using our tickets this December as we got a great rate at HRH the week before Christmas.
