I feel sick to my stomach because I bought tickets the wrong month for the Halloween party. We are going the last Sunday in October and I accidentally purchased for the last Sunday in September. I called guest services and they couldn't do anything over the phone. My only option is to wait until we get to Disney World to try exchange the tickets. I am worried that it will sell out before we get there. I called back and talked to a different person and got the same answer. I am in tears over this. 
Has anyone ever done this or fixed this before you left for your trip?
Any suggestions?
