Bought tickets and now want annual passes

We bought tickets from undercover tourist and now realize we will most likely be making two trips within a year. We'd like to apply our tickets to an annual pass. Has anyone done this? If so, how?

I didn't read the whole thread, this is probably covered......but just so you know, for tickets that you purchased at a discount, such as Undercover Tourist, use them to enter a park before upgrading. Then go to guest services in the park and upgrade to APs. You will receive face value for the tix. So if your UT price was $20 less than the Disney price, after using the tix to enter a park, you will be credited with the amount of the Disney price.

This isn't true. It's 100% dependent on the cast member doing the upgrade, and now since our last big update, also when the tickets were originally issued.

You can use them first or not use them first, it makes literally no difference.

A lot changed with the most recent price increase on mid-Feb 2017.

But the requirement that a ticket must be used once prior to price bridging was removed long before the price increase.

And if the ticket was purchased prior to Feb. 12, 2017 (or from the remaining old stock that a reseller had just following the price increase on that date), you will get whatever the gate price was for that ticket on Feb. 11, 2017. You will not get the current gate price for a ticket with the same number of days and features.
