Bought Resale When Can I make my first ressie?

New member here with two questions - Is there a discount for DVC members who choose to pay cash in order to add on nights to an Aulani reservation? I am a new DVC member and I have not made our official reservation yet b/c I am not sure that I am in the system. Should I call MS in order to find out?

You will usually be in the DVC system about 7 days after your resale has closed. If it's been a week or more, I'd definitely call MS to check.

There is a 25% DVC Member discount for cash reservations at DVC resorts when available. These are not always available, but it's certainly worth asking about.

Thank you so much Doc! We have definitely closed, I have not received my deed yet though. I will give MS a call tomorrow or Monday to see if they can find me by name since I have not been issued a membership number yet.

It may take several weeks for you to receive your DVC documents. I'd definitely caall MS and see if you are in the system yet. They can also assist with getting your access to the Member website.
