Bought New Points at SSR

For those of you who start out with small point values, here is my story. I bought 60 OKW polints resale. Then later added 30 BCV points, paying cash all the way through. Now I was ready to add 60 more OKW points. However, none were available for my (April) use year. So, I decided to go on the waitlist. After giving it more thought...I could just get 150 points at SSR and:

1. Get the use year month that I have found works best for me.
2. Finance all the points, and then, at my convenience pay it way down when I sell off the small contracts.
3. Have the same amount of total points as the add-on would give me.
3. Be able to own the site for 49 years until I am 88.
4. Have fun!

Hey Tiberus,
If you want to sell off your 'small contracts' now....I'm willing and able!!!!
I was actually wondering about this: is it possible for you to LUMP the 60OKW and the 30BWI together under one contract (and one closing cost?)

I know you can't break contracts down into smaller points, but I haven't heard one way or the other if you can lump them into one bigger one.

Thanks for the offer, but I was not looking to advertise for buyers here (which I believe is against posting rules). I was just showing how things had worked out for me with regard to DVC.
