Bought a Magic Band online......

Bought my DGS a Pluto magic band online. As I am technologically challenged can someone walk me thru step by step how I add his magic band to my MDE account. Thank you!!!

Go to MDE, log in
Go to Magic Band and Cards
Scroll to the bottom where it says Don't See a Purchased MagicBand
There is a button that reads Link
Click it, follow the prompts

Go to MyDisneyExperience.com and log on.
Hover your mouse over 'MyDisneyExperience' and select 'MagicBands and Cards'.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Link' button.
Click 'Select' for MagicBand and follow the rest of the prompts.

if you bought it for your DGS then you need to be on his MDE account to link the band to him.

If he bought it for you then you need to be on your account

once a band has been linked you can not change who it is linked too so make sure you link it to the right person

If you are not sure you can aways wait till you are at Disney at have a CM help you do it. ( they have helped me in the past)

Go back to that same page, MagicBands and Cards. It will be there under his name

Well I linked DGS's magic band. Easy peasy. Went back in to make sure it was there & it was. Thanks for the help! You guys are the best
