Bottom Taskbar Won't Stay Displayed!!!

My bottom taskbar keeps disappearing!
I right clicked on it, checked "Lock the Taskbar" and it still keeps disappearing!

Help!

Try right clicking on the taskbar and select properties. Make sure "auto hide the task bar" isn't checked.

Locking the taskbar only means that you can't change what's on it. PP is correct -- turn off auto-hide.

UN-lock it first before you turn off the auto-hide.

If you do not have an auto-hide, try mousing on the bottom of the screen, wait till it turns to arrows, click & hold the mouse button down while dragging UP the taskbar into place. Then lock it in place.
