Hi! I was wondering what is a good, easy bottle to use when traveling. We are currently using Dr. Brown's but there are so many little pieces to them. I don't want to wash/lose any of the pieces and was looking for something easy to take with us. I'm using powdered and premade formula and don't have any experience with any other bottles than Dr. Browns.

Also, this is my first trip to disney with a baby so we've never had to deal with strollers before. Most people tell us to take our own stroller which leads me to my next question:

What kind should I take? We have a Mc Claren that folds up nice and small, but he's not as comfortable in that as he is in our Chicco. We are flying and was hoping to take the McClaren since it's smaller, but also want him to be comfortable because he probably will be napping in the parks quite a bit so I thought the Chicco would be better...What do you think?? Both have a sun shade cover, but the McClaren has nice thin material to sit on when the Chicco material may feel hotter in that July sun...
Thanks for your help!

For bottles I would try some of the cheap Parent's Choice ones from Wal-Mart. I think (you need to try it) the nipples from your bottles might fit these. That would be my concern, try everything out before you leave. My daughter was pretty picky about the nipples I couldn't use the Doc Brown because she didn't like the nipples with ridges on them.:confused3

We've used powder as well since my daughter was a few weeks old and never had any problems with mixing in any of the bottles we have. (She's used Soothie since we had to go bigger than 4 oz which with our chunky monkey was a LONG time ago LOL)

We used Playtex Nursers for our trip and they worked really well. We brought one bottle, two nipples, one ring & a few of the plastic liners to the parks each day. We brought water in bottles and kept them in a small, soft-sided cooler with a small ice pack to keep the water cool. We used a formula dispenser (by Avent which does not leak or shift powder from one section to another) to keep 3 bottles worth of powdered formula in. When DD was done with her bottle, we tossed the liner (which is recycleable!) rinsed the nipple and ring and that was it! We kept the extra clean nipple & liners in a quart-sized ziploc. We had another ziploc for the dirty nipples. If we had to make a 3rd bottle, we'd clean a nipple using dish soap and water at the baby care center.

As for the stroller - bring the one your DS is most comfortable in. He's going to be in quite a bit. You can always bring a white towel to cover the seat and help keep it cool. We added a Rayshade to our stroller canopy and DD was surprisingly cool and comfy even though temps were in the high 80's and the sun was blasting most of the time. If your stroller canopy zips or snaps to the back of the seat, be sure to undo some of it to allow air to flow through.
