Bottled water

Do I need to have water shipped to the hotel? How is the water quality in CA? At WDW water is a must and we always have it shipped because of the bad taste and smell.

It would be nice not to have think about water other than getting a glass from the CS restaurants.

We dont typically drink the water while we are there. I think its icky. There are a couple little stores near your hotel where you could pick up some bottles if you didnt want to have it shipped. You might also consider having it delivered by Albertsons. YOu'll have to be there when they drop it off, but you could order other snack and drink items as well.

Southern California water comes from up North and from the Colorado river.

we dont have much water here since its considered a desert area.

Will you have a car to get around? If so, there is a Target down the street where you can get water and other supplies if needed. We always drive to Anaheim so we bring our own cases of water. The water in the area is not the best.
BTW, there are never stupid questions.

You can buy some bottled water at the HoJo gift shop. I would put a couple bottles in the freezer section of your fridge to get them nice and icey before you head to the parks. We usually refill our bottles from water fountains inside the park. It's not the best water, but hey, it's free!

A great place to get a cold drink of great water is the firstaid center. They have a filtered fountain in there, with cups.

We did the same thing last year with the drinking fountain, I thought it was undrinkable. YUCK!
