Just wondering if you can refill your water bottles at the parks,or do you constantly need to haul several bottles of water around with you? I don't think Fla. is known for their great tasting water if memory serves me correct!!

Actually, any counter service place will give you free glasses of ice water. We did that all week last week. We always took a water bottle apiece in our backpacks, drank that and then at lunch we would refill them using the free ice water. Sometimes the cups were the medium sized ones, sometimes the child's size. The drinking fountain water tastes pretty bad! And its not that cold.

I carry in a water bottle with a filter on it and refill either in the resturants/counter service or from the fountians. Without the filter the water is NASTY!! We won't even brew a pot of coffee in our room because it is so bad.
I found filters at this site-http://innovapurewater.com the filters will fit on any 20-24oz waterbottle of your choosing and work great.

Thanks for the great info,am definitely looking into the filter idea!!!Esp. where my am coffee is concerned!! Nancy

Even with the filter I consider tap water in Central Florida (anywhere in Central Florida) to be nasty. If you're not used to drinking water there, definitely bring something to put in your water to mask the sulphurous taste.

We don't have a problem with the water so we just refill our bottles from the tap. There are times that we will put in some sort of "On the Go" flavor but that is mostly for DS who doesn't drink water that much anywhere.
