Staples used to offer free delivery, but no more. There is a $45.00 minimum order.

Does anyone know another cheep way of getting a case of bottled water delivered to the room?

Where are you staying??? When I'm at BW, I just walk across the street to the Hess Station and grab water there.
Or, you can use a grocery delivery service, but they will also charge you a fee.
While I understand that it's a lot cheaper to get a case of bottled water vs buying it bottle by bottle through Disney, I just can't see going to a ton of trouble to save a few dollars. But, then again, I'm at BW, so can just hoof it across the street.

I used Costco in Aug of 2010. Not sure if they still do, but is was free shipping to my hotel (CBR). I think i bought 2 cases at 7.95ea. I ordered it online a couple of days before arrivial. It was there when we checked in.

We are staying at POFQ. We've already planned a trip to the Hess station across from DD. I guess I have to pick up and carry a few bottles.

Too bad the Staples deal for $5.99 a case with free delivery has expired!

I had water delivered from staples for my March 5th stay . 5.99 case and no delivery fee

We used Costco back in 2009. After that I read a few accounts of people having their water orders cancelled by Costco if the delivery address was a hotel. Not sure if those were isolated incidences or not though.

I have always used Costco and had no problems. With staying at CSR, they charge for a Costco delivery via FedEx/UPS - $10. Costco has always shipped each case individually, so I'm reading it they charge per box.

I recently read about Turner Drugs - $7.99 delivery fee, and for 2-3 cases of water, I think I'm going this route unless I read of a better idea.

I called Turner, and they told me I can call the day of. I was told they deliver it to your Disney resort, and the resort bills it to your room. Sounds perfect to me.....

The cheapest option out there seems to be Walmart. Their Great Value brand is 3.48 and another 0.97 to ship bringing the grand total to 4.45 per 24 pack. If you spend $45 or more, the shipping is free. This could be good for all those heavier to pack items or items that you'd rather not put in your checked bags (if you check them at all) but can't put in your carry-on (ex: large bottles of sunscreen). I'm also planning to order some drink flavorings (Mio, Crystal Lite) --- less to pack + waiting for me when I get there = win-win :dance3:

Thanks for the tip about Walmart. I will probably give it a try.

First, I will let my wife sample Great Value water from the local Walmart and see if the taste is acceptable.

The brand name waters, such as Aquafina and Dasani are not available for delivery. Sodas are also not available for delivery.

I used wegoshop.com and got water, gatorade, bagels, granola bars, sunscreen etc. Their fees were low and you can order anything you need. We found it to be a good deal. We stayed in a family suite and so we got lunchmeat and cream cheese and breakfast items too.

We've used Garden Grocer many times to have a case of water, juice bags and some milk and OJ for quick breakfasts in the room. They do require a $40 min order and there is a $12 delivery fee. They are a great company and we've been very pleased with their service.

Just a thought - we brought the Brita water bottles last time and just filled them up as we went along. Worked out great and saves money.

Try Turner Drug. Reasonable delivery charge compared to the other options. Go to their web site and check them out.
