We just returned from a 5 Day on the Dream and I drank the tap water every morning and evening with my medications and had no problems whatsoever. YMMV

They provide a gallon of distilled water for medical purposes (such as CPAP). Contact DCL to have the request for it added to your reservation. If it isn't in your room when you get access to the room ask your stateroom host and if that doesn't make it show up contact guest services.

We got off the Dream today. We drank tap water from our room every day. Taste fine. We also bought water for convenience sake. Cames with a very nice cooler bag.

The worst thing about the tap water in the room was having to get a new glass every time. Our stateroom host kept cleaning them up and putting them back on the shelf. Awesome service, but we kept forgetting to get the glass before heading for the tap in the bathroom.

When we were on the Fantasy, the 'deal' was buy 20 bottles of water for $39.95 and get 4 free. The cooler was an extra #12.95. More for the Star Wars one.

We got off the 4 night Dream on 3/17 and bought the Evian 12 pack. It was $22 (without the bag.) We ended up taking 3 unopened bottles off the ship with us which wasn't terrible. Last cruise we got the cooler bags so we declined them this time.
