Both Ships Crossing on Saturday Night

Well, we didn't see the Wonder pass us on our 10/16 cruise, but we passed it as we sailed away. The crew stood at the bow of the Wonder and waved goodbye  It was just coming out of drydock & getting ready to sail that week. It was quite an awesome site!

Are we talking about next saturday 1/22???

Hi Mike,

Yes, we will be able to see the Wonder as she returns to PC from CC. You need to be on the starboard side of the ship to see this.

On 12/11, DH and I were returning on the Wonder from CC. We had a starboard verandah, so we started watching about 11:00. First, the Carnival ship came by. That was very clear, b/c you could see the "fin." About 15 minutes later, the Magic came by on it's way to St. Maarten. It was farther out so sea than the Carnival ship, and not nearly as clear, but we could see the stacks agains the light created by the ship. Very cool!

We have a starboard verandah again on 1/22, and we will be sitting out there watching for the Wonder return as we head out!

Have seen it also But like it has been said it is so far away only stacks or lights can be made out .. Dining server informed us of the event ..

Peter, I sent the pic to your AOL account. I don't know how to post it on the boards. Mabye you can. . . .

Yep, I too can confirm it does happen...or at least it used to.
We were on the Wonder on 10/14/00 returning home when we passed the Magic at about 11:00-11:30. It was very visible to us and no question that it was the Magic. We also met up with some (former?) Disers then, the Crowbirds.

Here's the Magic as she passed us in July from the Wonder:
