Same thing the Prudential Skywalk is a 360 degree observation floor. It includes or did last time I want an audio tour with both adult and kids versions. There were also a few exhibits and two short movies. My dd10 and I spent 3.5 hours there. She had not heard of the great molasses flood and I remember her laughing about that.
If possible, call before your date to make sure it is fully open. On the date we went there last year, 1/2 of the viewing spots were closed due to a private function. We still enjoyed it but didn't really get that 360 feel.
