I don't know if they really explained it. I know at the end of :The Practice", Elenor slugged her and she was "injured", but I don't really remember them explaining her leaving.

I'm not really sure how I feel about this show yet. I really loved James Spader's character on "The Practice". He doesn't really seem to be as good on this show. I don't really like that he's with Sally. I really don't like her. I also don't really like the whole Denny Crane storyline. He keeps acting crazy and erratic, then when he's in court it all magically comes full circle. It's getting kind of tired. Either make him crazy or don't.

I also hate the opening credits. It really creeps me out when they pause and turn the picture into a "Courtroom sketch". It just looks weird.

Beth76.... I feel the same way about this show !! I was soooo looking forward to watching it because of James Spader's character but have been disappointed so far...... I agree with the whole Denny Crane crap......

I've been trying to figure this one out myself. Wasn't she in a show that was based on the goings-on in a small town during WW II? The actor from "Early Edition" played a baseball player and she was the bartender that he got involved with when he was playing triple-a ball. Ring any bells?

Love this show but trying to figure out where I've seen this girl before was really distracting.
