Has anyone stayed at this hotel using points? I priced it out cash and not sure if points are a good deal? How do you find out what kind of room they put you in? The DVC point chart lists City View and Harbor View, both superiors? But the hotel itself gives only City Deluxe, for 435.00 a night , City Corner Suite for 715 and City Rotunda for 805? The points are 61 a night, my thinking is the Deluxe room wouldn't be worth using points, but obviously the others would, how do you find out what catergory of room they put you in? Thanks.

I've stayed there using points for 1 night and had a harbor view. I had to use the ponts or lose them, but it was a nice hotel, right on the water. City view is the other side which has a view of the expressway and buildings. Not much of a view. It is a very nice hotel, but I am not sure which type of room this is considered. We were on the 8th floor and I could see us going again someday. It is in walking distance of fanuel hall marketplace and lots of other things nearby.

I've never stayed at the hotel but been to functions there. It is a gorgeous hotel in a great location. On waterfront, near aquarium, walking distance to fanuiel hall (shopping, history) and north end, (great italian restaurants).

The city view might be more of buildings..expressway is no longer due to big dig..but lots of construction fences, jersey barriers remain. They still have walkways however to get thru the mess.

We haven't stayed here, either, but talked to a DVCer on the bus over the weekend at WDW and he has - he said it was a great hotel - he stayed there on points. He said definitely a high class place to stay.

Is parking included when you use points. Cash customers pay an additional $35. a day to park.
