Borrowing Question

Hello everyone, I have a question about borrowing, I have a december use Year. I don't have anymore points on my 2012 and 2013 use years, I want to make a trip on october of this year, does anyone know when I will be able to borrow points from my 2014 use year??

You cannot for an Oct 2013 trip. You can borrow from your "next" use year which is determined by your trip dates. For a reservation in Oct 2013, your next use year is the one that begins Dec 2013. You can borrow Dec 2014 points only for a trip that occurs between Dec 1, 2013 and Nov 30, 2014.
