Borrowing more than 50% of points

I think it is ridiculous. When we bought in, we were told we can use all points for the following year.

I think it is ridiculous. When we bought in, we were told we can use all points for the following year.

That was the rule, but DVC has the right to limit banking and borrowing if they need to adjust it.

Most were not aware of that right, but it is in the home resort rules and regulations document
