Borrowing and Banking for Feb 2012???

I need your expert help, for some reason I'm having a terrible time wrapping my brain around what I can do..here the scenerio:

Want to get a Grand Villa and 1 bedroom for Feb.2012, so will need to call at 11 month window, here are the years and points that I will have:
All are June Use year

2010....no points left
2011....188 points (95 were banked from 2010)
2012....310 points
2013....310 points

I'm going to need 647 points. I know I can't use the 95 banked points, they must be used in 2011. So I'll have 93 - 2011 points to use and 310 - 2012 points I can use. Can I borrow from my 2013 use year for Feb. 2012?

Have I got it figured right?....or am I off base.

A trip in February, 2012 is in your 2011 Use Year (June, 2011 - May, 2012). You may use points banked from your 2010 UY, current points from your 2011 UY and points borowed from your 2012 UY. You will have access to 498 points from your membership. Points from your 2013 UY cannot be used for travel prior to June 1, 2012. The reservation may be made in March, 2011.

Your options will be to use all of your own points and try to find a transfer for any additional points needed or to find a member able to rent reservations for that portion of your trip.
