Boring laundry question

When is a good time in the day to do laundry? Would I be correct in saying that it is busier early and late? We are staying off-site and will possibly do laundry later in the day or on our quieter days, any info appreciated as I hope this mundane task although necessary will not take over our holiday. LOL

I'm sure I've done the laundry at a variety of times throughout the day and I've never found it busy!
