So Ive been borderline for amost 7 months now. I have swicted up my diet and have cut out alot of junk and sweets. Now my problem is eating:
Breakfast is usally around 9, lunch at 1130 (both times are set my job), a snack at 230, another tiny snack around 530 (to hold me over on the walk home) and then dinner around 7. Ive been trying to have a snack around 1030 due to the fact my sugars drop way too low at night (i can feel it and It tends to wake me up). So far im up everynight by 4 feeling hungry, sweaty and like im going to pass out. Im so sick of loosing sleep to have a snack (usally peanut butter toast). Any suggestions for a good 1030 snack so I dont wake up?
