Boosters at counter service?

You may want to look into the First Years Booster To Go. It's an inflatable, small-ish booster. I'm on my phone or I would link to it. It's about $20. Seriously thinking of getting one for our adventures with our 2-yo grandson. We had one many years ago with older DD.

What about something like this? It looks easy enough to pop on to any kind of chair and not too big that it would be a pain to carry in a stroller.

Maybe. But it might take up too much real estate in our checked bags.

It's so tricky when you have a kid with developmental delays because a typical three and a half year old would easily be able to just sit at the table in a regular chair or sit on their knees. But I just can't see my son being "mature" enough for that in 5ish months. I suppose as the time gets closer we could put him at our table and see what he does.

We have 2 kids (how a teen and tween) that had some developmental issues... And holy cow, we took our booster seat like yours everywhere... Actually bought a second one to keep in the car!
