We are going to WDW in September. We plan on going to Universal for one day. It sounds like Mears might be our cheapest way to go. My question is: do I need a booster seat for my 5 yr old if I use Mears? I'm not sure what kind of vehicles they use. Do you need boosters for shuttle vans? I'm just trying to figure out what I need to pack. Any info would be appreciated.

I know according to FL law, a 5 y.o. doesn't need a booster. It's a matter of your comfort level if you want to request one anyway.
NJ law requires them until age 8 or 80 lbs, which ever comes 1st so we always brought ours from home until ds turned 8 which was just in May. Why would we tell him he's safe w/o a seat just cuz he's in FL?
He's still so small a reg. seatbelt doesn't really fit him well at all. He weighs 50 lbs.
