It changed my life. I immediately went out and volunteered for the special Olympics.

My friend gave me the full-length novel and I read about 100 pages and wasn't interested in reading further. I just don't like the tone or how the novel starts. I can't stand when words are spelled wrong or sentences aren't said correctly. I usually have to correct people. When I read the book, it was driving me nutz seeing the author write the story that way. Just a pet's peeve of mine...

To Kill a Mockingbird
Lord of the Flies
Wish You Well by David Baldacci (awesome book)
Harry Potter Series
Diary of a Wimpy Kid Series
Peter and the Starcatchers
Series of Unfortunte Events
And
The Kingdom Keepers!

To kill a mockingbird.
Of Mice and Men is my absolute favorite classic.
Tom Sawyer
Tale of Two Cities
Frankenstein (amazing!)

I really love any Dan Brown and The Lost Symbol is my favorite book right now.
I also love The Book Thief.
Right now I'm reading a Doctor Who book and a book about Walt Disney's life.
In class we're getting ready to read Beowulf and we have started Something Wicked This Way Comes. It's pretty good.

Haha, I'm actually re-reading Book Thief right now. I'm lending it to my friend tomorrow :goodvibes

I first was introduced to that story in 8th grade english where we read the short story version and it was sort of the same way for us. Trying to read what Charlie was saying out loud with all those mistakes was insanely difficult for everyone - my first memory of that story.

I have so many favorite books, I just can't find one I love the most. My favorite books are (I use abbreviations a lot, but I think you'll know) HP7, City of Bones, The Last Olympian (PJO), The Hunger Games and Alicia: My Story. I recently read the newest book by Rick Riordan, The Lost Hero, which is a new series connected to the Percy Jackson series. It was very good and very thick for a Rick Riordan book. I really liked it, but I hated the ending because I have to wait a year for the next book. Grrr... I'm currently (somewhat) reading Mockingjay, the third book in the Hunger Games series. I got a ton of books for Christmas, so I have much to read. I'll probably end up reading them this summer because of all the schoolwork I get. But I'm starting with Mockingjay since I've waited awhile to finally read it. :)

I LOVELOVELOVE harry potter :) haha but i'm reading the city of ashes, the book after city of bones, i love the books! about to start the third. everyone has gotten into the hunger games books, but idk, they don't interest me that much altho my friend (who is OBSESSED) says she is all about team peeta lol.

mine have to be, the city of bones, the city of ashes, the city of glass & the clockwork angel - all by cassandra clare (: oh, and this book called my deadly sister! haha :)

my favorite books have to be To Kill a Mockingbird, the Kingdom Keepers series(even though a little inaccurate and hard to follow at times) and Midnight pearl- the retelling of the little mermaid.

A newer book actually has interested me...I just read Fallen by Lauren Kate and I found it kept my interest throughout!

My favorite series has and always will be Harry Potter though. :)

After about 15 pages of Death on the Nile, I've decided to keep a running tally on my bookmark on how many times they use the word "darling." I'm on page 32 so far and they've used it 23 times. -very easily amused-

My favorites are the Percy Jackson series, the Heroes of Olympus series, the Clique series, the Alphas novels, Kingdom Keepers, Sherlock Holmes, Around the World in Eighty Days, Dream Factory, and many more.
