I'm not looking for guide books (Lord knows I have enough of those) but just really great books about Disney. Maybe something on behind the scenes, how Disney is run, etc.

hey, i did that same search and didnt find alot. so i decided to start my own!! who knows how long that will take, so here are some books i enjoyed.

Another interesting one is MouseTails, a compilation of stuff that CMs have done or had done to them, written by an ex-CM. There is a sequel to the book as well.

I'm specificially looking for stuff on the Theme parks and the Disney Company. My aunt claims that Disney is horrible to its employees so I'd also like to find something written by former CM's to disprove this theory (or so I hope).

Stuff on behind the scenes as well would be cool. LIke the secrets of Walt Disney World
