Bookit.com for park tickets?

I booked a hotel through bookit.com in April when they were having a deal to upgrade park tickets to 5 days if you bought 3 days. I received confirmation that the vouchers would be mailed. Now I'm freaking out because I leave in 2 weeks and haven't received the vouchers. I tried to call, but they kept me on hold for 30 minute without speaking to anyone. I've read several bad reviews of this site since booking; I'm starting to wish I hadn't used them. Has anyone had success with this company as far as getting tickets with them? I need some good news right about now.
