Bookings for the fall 2020 with Reservation points

I have a bunch of reservation points from a cancelled Adventures by Disney trip. They need to be used by end of November 2020. DVC says there is no availability anywhere in Disney World in October 2020. Does anyone know if this is because the rooms have not been released yet? If so, any idea on when I should try to book to use these points?

The problem right now is that Disney is not allowing any new rooms to be booked at their hotels.

Once sales open up again for 2020, you should be able to use. They have indicated it would be this summer.
