Booking With Multiple Contracts (same UY and Resort)

Piggybacking on my thread about buying add on points, we have another question.

If we ended up purchasing at the same resort we already have and with the same UY, how does booking work? Am I still picking multiple contracts when booking or will it all show up in the same pool of points?

Staying in a 1 BR in December was not good financially

The contracts will always be listed on their own because they are deeded real estate interests.

However, when you go to book, both will show up and you simply click both of them.

So, let's say we have 140 points left from contract 1 and 100 points on contract 1. If the room is 225 points, would we in essence be able to say pull 140 from contract 1 first and pull remaining from contract 2?

Yea. When booking online it will use all of the contract you have checked first and fill in with the second one.

The only time it uses both first is if you have any banked or borrowed points from either contract. It will always pull those into a reservation before the current UY points.

I sooooo feel your pain.

We did that on our first stay--dumb-dumb-DUMB!

Sure did learn to bank and borrow fast. Learning those shouldn't be that painful.
