Booking With AAA vs CRO

I've only ever used a Travel Agency, so I need help here please.

If I call the CRO, can I get the AAA discount? If I use AAA travel, can I change/add things myself or is the ressie considered AAA's like it was when I used a travel agency. Will a AAA travel agent make/change my ADRs?

When I've used AAA travel, they have always had to make any changes. The past few trips, I've called Disney and made my own reservations. I am still able to use AAA discount when I make my own reservations. That way I am able to make any changes myself. I'm not sure how to make reservations online using AAA so I just call.

When making a room only reservation yourself using the AAA discount you need to call the Disney Reservation Center, because for whatever reason it can't be done on their website.

If you're booking a room-only reservation (no tickets or dining plan), you can get the discount either through AAA or Disney directly. If you're booking a package (room and tickets with or without dining plan), you must book through AAA directly to get the discount on the room portion. If you book through AAA, it's just like using any other travel agency.

However, anyone can make ADRs at the 180 day mark. AAA will need to make the ADRs for the "+10." After that, you can do as you like.
