I have hit the 6 month mark for our upcoming trip and tbh my head is a little spinning with trying to track when to book what. Is there a good all in one resource that makes it easy to understand when to book what?

Thanks!

Luau is 4 months?, Aunties and other resort activities is 45 days, restaurants and pearl
Harbor are 30 days. I'm probably missing things... also most booking times are midnight Hawaii time.

We've only been trying to book Aunty's Beach House and the free activities (e.g. ukulele lessons and family drawing classes).

The timeframes for both are 45 days in advance, at midnight (Hawaii time) on a rolling basis (i.e. if you're staying for four days, you need to make bookings over four days).

Currently planning a trip with some family friends. Coincidentally compiled this list this past weekend...

-Private Photo Session, 30 days out - Must call to make reservations
-All dining (including Character Breakfast), 30 days out - Reservations made online
-Aunty's Beach House, 45 days out - Reservations made online. (Pre-registration can be made up to 90 days out)
-Cabanas, 90 days out - Must call to make reservations
-Luau, 6 months out - Reservations made online
-Spa, 6 months out - Reservations made online

Careful with the ukulele lessons! Fun activity but got a blister on my thumb! Spoke to Uncle about it when he was strumming down a path playing the next day - he showed me his fingers. Nice and callused from all the playing. No one else in my family had an issue. I guess I was just too into it.
