I'm sure that this has been discussed elsewhere but i can't find it...
I'm going through the process of purchasing a resale contract right now and will be booking something for next summer as soon as i can. Here is my question: is the 11 or 7 month window based on the first day of your planned stay or the last? For instance (just an example), if i want 7/1 - 7/8, would i be able to book something at a resort that is not my home resort as of 12/1, since that is 7 months prior to the start of my planned stay or do i have to wait until 12/8 so that the entire stay is within the 7 month window?
My intent is to actually stay at my home resort and i'll be well within the 11 month window by time the purchase is complete. I'm just curious about how this works.
