booking window info pls

Hello, its been about 9 years since sailing on Disney and I'm looking for booking window information,I cant recall how it all works.

We are traveling with 2 other parties, and the 3 reservations are all linked. When I log in to book excursions,dining,tastings will I be able to book for all of us or do the others need to log in on there own? Thanks in advance for the help!

Booking is by Castaway Club level, even with linked reservations. If everyone is the same CC level, you can book for everyone at the same time. If anyone is a lower CC level, you can't book for them until the booking window opens for their CC level.

We are all Silver, same booking window day. Booking for all at same time would be great! TY

So if my DD is silver and her DH has never been on DCL then she can’t book activities for both of them at the same time?? Confused.

It's based on the highest castaway level in the stateroom. Everyone in a stateroom can book at the same time.
