Booking w/ AAA

Hello. I read on this board that you can book through WDW website using a AAA discount. Can any one tell me how to do this? We have AAA and since it seems to be the only discount available as of now, we want to use it. I know if I call disney I can book through them but I would rather do it online. THanks for any help.

i know that you cannot book the AAA discount on the Disney website, i believe some of the local AAA affiliates have this capability on their individual websites, but mine doesn't (i have AAA KY).

We originally went through our AAA office, but ended up with a better rate using the AAA discount through Disney, but we did have to call.

You have to call Disney directly and then just give them you AAA number when booking, the number I used is (866) 200-0058 and the person I talked to was Maggie and Shelly they were wonderful!

i actually just called disney to apply my AAA number---is it the same discount that it would have been if i had gone through the AAA travel agent?

if you are booking room only, the discount is exactly the same whether you call disney or go thru a AAA office. if you are booking a package, you must go thru AAA to get the better rate.

I called our local AAA office and they told me there were NO discounts available through them for room only during May. I called Disney directly and booked through them w/ my AAA card and they gave me 15% off the room rate. Thanks everyone for your help.
