Booking Vero Beach

I'm thinking of Memorial Day weekend '05, Friday to Sunday nights. We'll need 2 ocean view rooms and a 1 bedroom. Is this a particularly busy time at VB, do people call for ressies 1 day at a time, 11 months out? Not a Beach cottage mix of people on this trip, one of the inn rooms could have to be cancelled.
