Thanks in advance for your patienceas I'm a newbie!! If I book a cruise with my Disney Visa do I have to book directly through them to get the 0% for 6months on the vacation package? Could I then transfer my cruise to another TA and still keep the 0%? Many of the tAs mentioned on this board have much better prices than DCL. Please help! I'm just not sure how all of this works. I would love to get 0% to pay it off but I don't want to pay more for my cruise to do it! Thanks in advance for your expert help! Any and all suggestions are welcome!

I booked my package to Disneyland through AAA and received the 0%. I assume it would work the same way with the cruise. But of course, you know what assuming does... :flower:

It is true that the vacation is 0% for 6 months. Just pay it off (by registered mail) after that and cancel the card.

I have never had so much trouble with a credit card in the 25 years I have had credit cards. They lost 2 payments (I had to cancel the checks) when they switched to Chase Manhattan. Kept calling my cell phone to "collect payment" and insisted (even after I arranged a 3 way call to transfer the balance to another bank) that the payment was late and charged me a $75 fee.

Good riddance and buyer beware. :sad2:

You can book your DCL thru any TA and make deposits to the TA and all your deposits will be 0% interest free for 6 months from each date the deposits were made. if you make a $1000 deposit july , aug, sept. your 6 months to pay it off will be jan, feb, march.

Thanks so much for the info...that's what I needed to know!  :Pinkbounc :cheer2:
