Booking two hotels in one go possible? Or only separately?

Hey guys,

My girlfriend and I are going to visit Tokyo Disney for the first time in September. I am just going through the process of booking hotels - we want to do Disneyland hotel for two nights and Mira Costa for one night. Do I need to book the two hotels separately or is there a way to book both in one go?!
