Well after a good few months of research and asking a zillion questions on here, I think we might be booking tomorrow!!

I feel very sick, it's such a lot of money and I hope I have made the right decisions for our group.

Here's our plans....

Me, DH, DS (who will be almost 6) & littlest DS (who will be almost 3)
My Mum & Dad
My nephew (& Godson) who will be 15

21 Nights :cool1:

Thomson Dreamliner Flights, upgrading to Premium
Gatwick to Sanford

Possibly going to book a private transfer but going to sort that out nearer the time

Vista Cay, a Penthouse, 3 bed Condo with amazing reviews
www.primeorlandocondo.com

Whilst we are there, we plan to have some lazy days round the pool, as well as visiting:

MK
AK
DS
Epcot
Both Universal Parks
Sea World
Some water parks

I think that's it.

We might go to Busch but not sure yet.

I have checked out all the bus links from Vista Cay (Go Lynx) & I Ride Hopper thingy and I think we are sorted

We aren't going to hire a car, just gonna use the buses and taxi's etc.

VERY VERY VERY excited but also nervous as I want to make sure everyone is happy.

Dare I ask how much? :rotfl:

The Dreamliner looks awesome, particularly in premium. Very jealous :)

Have fun at Coronado. We honeymooned there in 2004 and haven't been back to WDW since. I feel like my arms been cut off. I can't wait until next year but we have a lot of saving to do first!!!

Personally I wouldn't book yet, I think the prices are high. Isn't it Oct 2013 you are wanting to go? you pay a premium booking so far in advance(if I have your dates correct)

It is Oct 2013 we want to go and the flight we want only has 11 seats left already so we are keen to get booked on it.

I ALWAYS get a sick  feeling whenever I book a holiday. It always seems such a big commitment and you never know what curve balls may be coming your way BUT I soon get over it as the excitement and planning takes over :rolleyes1:rolleyes1

You are set on that flight then? if you only want that one flight then yes you will have to pay the high price, £849 is August price to me not Oct.
You should also get the Condo cheaper, I was looking a few days ago when you posted, saw one site at £1800 for 3 weeks this Oct less 10% cashback.
If you are fixed on exact flight & location then you will have to pay, I never fix anything prefer to wait for deals to come up.

We are set on these things for this trip. We didn't want a budget this time. We are treating ourselves to the things we want as we spend our whole lives living on a budget so we are booking what we fancy this time round. Next trip will be super budget! Lol!

can I be cheeky and ask how you manage to check how many seats left are on your plane? I see a lot of websites offering the flight we've just booked so I wondered how quickly they fill up!

Thanks

When I called to get prices, the travel agent informed me.
I don't think he was just saying that to rush me to book as he knew I was going to book anyway so he had no need to panic me, he was just informing me that I was lucky to get them. :flower3:

I have been helping people book flights to Florida for a lot of years now, I have never heard of a flight selling so fast 18 months in advance. He could be telling the truth, I have no idea but personally I would take what any agent says with a pinch of salt (includes travel, car sales, car rental, estate.......)

I can believe there maybe only a few seats left for the Dreamliner flight. It only comes into service next spring and there are always lots of people that want to go on a new plane to experience it...my DH is a geek like that:rotfl: (not that I am saying you are a geek:rotfl2:)

I must admit I do fancy going on that flight it looks fab...and I don't even like flying into Sanford!

We are going the EXACT same dates, if we manage to get the same flight we'll have to meet for breakfast at Gatwick :thumbsup2

Our villa is already booked, i do the website for it for the owners so get a generous personal discount, the three weeks including pool heating in a 3 bed 2 bath is only costing me £1000.

That flight is tempting, but i can't book yet... will wait till march april and then start sale-watching :goodvibes

Wow, spooky!
That's a great price for your villa.

I've booked today off work to chill out with my laptop, trying to check out some different accommodation before I take the plunge on Vista Cay.
We love the look of the Condo we have found but we want to check if we can find somewhere else, slightly nearer I-Drive as we don't want to hire a car.
There's plenty of other nice places to stay but we are finding it tricky as we want to stay in one apartment but we need 3-4 bedrooms, which is more like a villa but for all the villa's you need a car!!
