We need to book our GF Concierge, for next year, using DVC points on Friday 15th Oct but we'll be on a cruise and not able to telephone, unless we use the satellite phone at £6 per minute...no I don't think so!!!

As we leave home the day before, would you advise me to request the booking by e-mail and if so when do I send it for it to be activated on the Friday? Does that all make sense?
Hope someone can help????

Thanks

Trying to work out whether Oct 15th is 7 / 11 months out from a busy date! Or maybe the 7 / 11 deadline work for non-DVC resorts anyway

If Oct 15th is a crucial date for making your reservation, than I think I might bite the bullet with the on-board phone , as I'm still not sure how e-mails are dealt with vs phone calls at MS. I have a sneaky feeling that a phone line ringing would alwyas take precedence over a quiet e-mail unless there are CMs dedicated to dealing with e-mail requests.

Sorry - that probably wasn't any help whatsoever!

I'm going to move this over to the UK DVC board as you may get some more specialised info over there :)
