OK, I'm confused. I booked my room through Orbitz and then called to add my two kids to the reservation. The Orbitz rep took the information, put me on hold for a while, and then came back and said that the reservation could not be modified, and that I could only add my kids by canceling the room and rebooking it with them listed. Obviously, I don't want to do this, since I'd lose the discount I booked with, and they would then charge for the kids when I rebooked. Did I just get a lousy customer service rep, or is there some other step I'm missing here? Also, when I asked the rep for my 12-digit Disney Reservation Number, he initially had no idea what I was talking about, but eventually told me he could not provide that number, and that I would have to get it from Disney. This does not seem to match others' experiences. Suggestions?
