Booking The Beak & Barrel Aug. 20th at 7pm EST!!

On hold since 7am, just got off phone with cast member, she was unable to book anything for beak and barrel as it is not loaded yet. She read from a script that it should be available sometime later today or tomorrow. I asked if I would be able to book for our dates of October 5th to 8th and she said yes if I was staying on property I’d be able to book through the 13th. (She checked that with someone while I waited to be sure).

The very kind CM I just spoke with corrected my characterization of the website having a problem. They said, "There isn't a problem, the site is just going through a 'magical enhancement.'"

I've been sitting in this page in the app for the last 40 minutes and am afraid to leave until they actually release the reservations. I just keep swapping dates.

As soon as they give a specific time, the system will crash again at that time. Their system can’t handle specific times when something new is launching.

We crashed the entire dining reservation site so I’d hope it’s soon.
