When are you able to book a trip for spring 2017?

For packages I believe it's 499 days from your trip...not sure about room only but if room only was able to be done the rate would definitely change once the 2017 rates came out.

No, the 499 days is for room-only - you would have to call and they would charge you for the highest current rate and adjust after the rates come out for 2017, which should be in June. Packages can't be booked until the rates come out.
