MIL wants me to book their room when I book ours. How will that work with charging to the rooms (KTTW)? Can they put a credit card under their room number (at check-in) so we don't get their charges?

Even when booking you can link your card just to your room. Then your in-laws will have to provide their own card when they check in.

I've booked for my inlaws three times and they just add their credit card when they check in. It's strange because I use my e-mail when I book the reservation online for them and they get a discount pin at least every other month (always under their name and I can't use them). I've never gotten one myself.

If you are just booking rooms you can cancel up to 5 days before you arrive without penalty.

If you're booking a pkg you will receive penalties after the 45 day marker (when the balance is due).

You'll book them separately online - there is no option to book 2 rooms under the same reservation.

I'm trying to book MIL's room and it's putting my name in as Primary Guest. I want to change it to her name and have FIL as Guest 2 Adult. How do I do that? MIL doesn't have a log-in name. Do I need to register her on the site before I can book her room?

Try just going on the site without logging into your account first.

But if you asked the site to always remember you when you log on, then you would need to sign her up for an account.
