Booking Room Only Reservations - how far in advance?

When can I make Room Only Res for the week of 11/30/14? I want to stay at AOA. I bid on tickets at a silent auction and won, and my son will be under 3 so hotel and flight is the only things I need to play way in advance. I appreciate any input

You can book on the phone up to 500 days in advance but the reservation and deposit will be based on the highest rack rate for this year until actual rates are released. Once 2014 rates are released your cost will be adjusted to the actual rates for your dates.
